We are delighted to announce an exciting extension of our free birthday offering. You can now attend a show for FREE during your birthday MONTH in season*. Don’t forget, the Free Birthday Special ticket includes a movie entry, a backrest, and a blanket!
This improved offer allows our guests to choose the perfect movie to celebrate their birthdays with friends and family.
Please remember to book The Galileo Free Birthday Ticket online at Webtickets for the movie screening date you would like to attend. This ensures you have a ticket and gives you peace of mind, as popular shows will sell out and Birthday Special Ticket are limited.
*The Galileo season runs from 16 October ’24 to 17 May ‘25, with a special pop-up show on September 27th.

Important fine print
The Free Birthday Ticket can only be redeemed during the month of your birthday and can only be booked online at webtickets.co.za.
Book your Birthday ticket in advance and there are limited Birthday Special Tickets available per show.
You can redeem your free birthday ticket for any Galileo screening during your birthday month, except for Special Screenings such as Halloween on 31 October, Halloween Kids show on 1 November, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Valentine’s Day, and Easter Friday and Easter Sunday shows.
Your Birthday Special ticket can only be redeemed in the calendar month of your birthday. If your birthday is on the 31st of September, you cannot book the Free Birthday ticket in October.
Your birthday special ticket must be booked online at Webtickets.co.za. Remember to bring your ID to verify your ticket at the Webtickets ticket station.
This special is exclusively for South Africans with valid identification. When booking your ticket online, you must enter your ID number and present it at the door on arrival to verify that it’s your birthday month.
The Birthday Special Ticket can only be redeemed once in your Birthday month and per season.

Student Discount Ticket
Students from tertiary education institutions that are registered with Varsity Vibe can book a Warm & Comfy ticket for only R140 – that’s a R25 discount! Pensioner Discount Ticket
Senior citizens (60+ years old) can book a Warm & Comfy ticket for only R140, that is an R25 discount! When purchasing your tickets on Webtickets, you will have the option of selecting a “Pensioner Ticket” which will require a valid I.D. during booking and with you on the night to validate. Please note that senior discounts are only valid for online purchases and will not be granted at the door.
